A high-achieving secondary school in Oxford is seeking a motivated Science ECT to join its successful Science Faculty from January 2026. The Role
You will teach Science across KS3–KS5, developing lessons that engage students through practical experiments, digital learning, and real-world applications. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced mentor and supportive colleagues who will help you grow in confidence and expertise.

As part of your early career journey, you’ll take part in a well-structured ECT programme, with weekly training sessions, peer observations, and access to tailored CPD. There are also opportunities to assist with STEM clubs, school science fairs, and enrichment projects, allowing you to bring your passion to life beyond the classroom.
