Monarch Education is seeking a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with ADHD in a welcoming primary school in Stockwood . The Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant (ADHD Support) , you will:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD throughout the school day.
• Support learning within the classroom and during wider school activities.
• Help the pupil maintain focus, engagement, and positive participation in lessons.
• Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider school staff.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and resilience.
• Support the pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship that enables the pupil to thrive.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
