This is a role for a pastry chef who thrives on refinement. We’re working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in London, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside an elegant all-day dining and afternoon tea offering. They are now searching for a Head Pastry Chef to take full ownership of pastry across the property.
Responsibilities
- Curating and executing Michelin-standard desserts, elegant afternoon tea pastries, and premium baked goods. Overseeing all pastry operations across the hotel, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation. Driving leadership, structure, and morale within the pastry team. Investing in the growth and development of junior chefs through hands-on mentoring and guidance.
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with strong fine dining experience and a solid understanding of high-end afternoon tea. You must balance artistic flair with operational discipline and lead your team with confidence.
Benefits
- £75,000 per annum plus £10,000 service charge. Leading a team of 6 to 7 talented pastry chefs. The opportunity to shape and evolve the pastry offering across multiple outlets.
