What You'll Be Doing As a HLTA, you'll be a key part of the school's teaching and support team, with responsibilities including: Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2Leading targeted interventions and small-group sessionsDelivering planned learning activities and supporting whole-class teachingWorking collaboratively with teachers to promote pupil progressEncouraging confidence, engagement, and positive attitudes to learningProviding flexible support wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day school lifeBuilding strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues Why This School?
