Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Assistant)

Location : Southampton.

Hourly Rate : £13.50 per hour

Hours Per Week : Part time 30 hours

About the role

This person you will be supporting, is a 39-year-old male with a diagnosis of a learning disability, ADHD, and OCD.

Julian lives in his own home in Southampton, and he is supported on a 1 to 1 support ratio.

He is very active and enjoys Mountain biking with his team and visiting the Isle of Wight on a regular basis.

Julian is independent with his daily living and need support and encouragement from his team to maintain this.

He really likes to to cooking, baking, and playing video games, with his team members.

Julian a attends work on a regular basis, and his team member would accompany him.

He is looking for team members with previous experience in supporting people with Forensics needs and have a passion to make a real difference.
