Commercial Sales Account Manager
Account Manager (Aftersales) - Luxury Car Manufacturer
Location: Flexible but commutable to office in Cheshire x2 days per week
* Hybrid role combining account management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement
* Working with premium aftersales products and programmes
* Strong progression within a well-established organisation
The Role:
This position will see you take responsibility for managing and developing a key global automotive account, focusing on aftersales products including warranties, service plans and retention programmes. You will work closely with a National Account Manager to identify growth opportunities, conduct regular reviews, and der structured account plans. The role involves frequent stakeholder engagement across finance, marketing and operations, alongside presenting performance insights and driving programme improvements.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing or account management role
* Exposure to aftersales, automotive or service-based environments preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage and interpret data
* Full UK driving licence
The Package:
Basic salary circa £45,000 with 10% bonus, plus company car or allowance and benefits.
