Faststream recruitment is recruiting for a CDC - Pastry and Bakery Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality brand to recruit an exceptional Chef de Cuisine – Pastry & Bakery for an exciting ultra-luxury yacht operation. This is a unique opportunity to lead a world-class pastry and bakery programme at sea, delivering exceptional desserts, baked goods and artisan creations at the highest level. The RoleAs Chef de Cuisine – Pastry & Bakery, you will lead all onboard pastry and bakery operations. You will inspire and develop your pastry team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and guest satisfaction. Requirements• Previous Chef de Cuisine, Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leadership experience within luxury cruise, expedition or yacht operations, or significant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort, ideally at Michelin star level. • A proven ability to lead and develop multicultural pastry and bakery teams. • Strong knowledge of artisanal pastry, bakery, chocolate work, dessert production, provisioning and food cost control. • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
