Faststream is recruiting for a chef de cuisine - fine dining Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality brand to recruit an exceptional Chef de Cuisine – Fine Dining for an exciting ultra-luxury yacht operation. This is a unique opportunity to lead a world-class fine dining restaurant at sea, delivering exceptional culinary experiences that redefine luxury dining. The RoleAs Chef de Cuisine – Fine Dining, you will lead the culinary operations of the yacht's signature fine dining venues, delivering exceptional cuisine while inspiring and developing your galley team. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will create unforgettable dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Requirements• Previous Chef de Cuisine or senior culinary leadership experience within luxury cruise, expedition or yacht operations, or significant leadership experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or luxury hotel. • A proven ability to lead and develop multicultural culinary teams in a high-end fine dining environment. • Strong knowledge of modern fine dining techniques, menu development, international cuisine, provisioning and food cost control. • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
