  • Data entry;
  • General typing from dictation;
  • Make up and Frank Mail for collection;
  • Making up Conveyancing files;
  • Print letters;
  • Emails;
  • Taking hand delivered documents for delivery;
  • Meeting and greeting clients for appointments;
  • Photocopying;
  • General office duties;
  • Ensuring invoices are paid using the correct letter format.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail and accurate typing skills;
  • Smart appearance;
  • Able to work as part of a Team and willing to help other team members if required;
  • Helpful and client focused;
  • IT literate, Word and Excel;
  • Educated to A level Standard or equivalent;
  • Punctual;
  • Calm under pressure;
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
