- General typing from dictation;
- Make up and Frank Mail for collection;
- Making up Conveyancing files;
- Print letters;
- Emails;
- Taking hand delivered documents for delivery;
- Meeting and greeting clients for appointments;
- Photocopying;
- General office duties;
- Ensuring invoices are paid using the correct letter format.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accurate typing skills;
- Smart appearance;
- Able to work as part of a Team and willing to help other team members if required;
- Helpful and client focused;
- IT literate, Word and Excel;
- Educated to A level Standard or equivalent;
- Punctual;
- Calm under pressure;
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
