Digital Product Owner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of a large-scale website overhaul and digital design updates;
- Experience of Ecommerce transactional websites (travel, retail);
- Defining, prioritising and developing high quality digital features that deliver demonstrable customer and business value;
- Drive a programme of continuous improvement to optimise areas of responsibility and enhance usage & customer experience;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and convert business requirements into forward-thinking online experiences;
- Work collaboratively to elaborate user stories and ensure team understand requirements, goals and how success will be measured;
- Support the definition and development of the product roadmap;
- Maintain a pipeline of development, proactively identifying areas of opportunity through internal feedback, analysis and customer insight;
- Support and assist internal teams (e.g. Customer, Commercial, Operations, Content, Legal, etc);
- Act as an ambassador for Agile best practices, lead sprint reviews and engage in daily standups and sprint retrospectives.
