Our company is looking for a Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross team support and engagement with initiatives (recruitment, talent and development, business development and marketing);
  • Updating policies, answering tender questions, surveys, providing reports and management of microsites;
  • Creating content for the website, intranet, newsletters, internal communication;
  • Conducting research and attending conferences/forums;
  • Compiling management information reports and submissions and conducting surveys and data analysis;
  • Budget coordination;
  • Co-ordinating a calendar of activities and events in line with the Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/CIPD or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with human resources principles and practices;
  • Experience in Human Resources, with several years performing diversity and inclusion work;
  • Demonstrated competence in leveraging HR analytics to provide evidence-based guidance and advice;
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Workforce Data and Analysis;
  • Significant experience working across all equality characteristics;
  • Significant experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs;
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
