Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out initial investigations into quality systems and process failures;
- Responsible for devising the design of inspection fixtures to facilitate the checking of machined components;
- Responsible for the calibration of electronic/electrical test equipment;
- Responsible for completing and maintaining quality records and updating databases;
- Responsible for carrying out internal and external audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of company manufacturing processes and assembly practices and requirements;

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines;
- Responsible for carrying out internal and external audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager;
- Working knowledge of factory management systems;
- Knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques to facilitate collection of relevant production data;
- To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Responsible for carrying out initial investigations into quality systems and process failures;

- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications and to communicate effectively is essential.
