Our company is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Screening incoming CVs;
- Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles;
- Leading the candidate resourcing activity to fulfill specific assignments;
- Lead candidate aftercare activity, including start date confirmation and ongoing periodic customer care communications;
- Maintaining all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor tor workforce;
- Assist the Recruitment Consultants;
- Format, anonymize and upload CV’s to various job boards and CRM system;
- Marketing campaigns;
- Calling candidates;
- Offer a brilliant candidate experience for every job seeker who calls or visits the office;
- Support in maintain and updating candidate records and training;
- Maintaining relationship with candidates, keeping them updated with the recruitment process;
- Assisting and reporting to service delivery manager;
- Collate and record interview feedback;
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Effective diary management;
- Previous office experience;
- Good telephone manner;
- An awareness of HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees;
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer is advantageous;
- Pro-active and willing ‘can do attitude’
- You must be an advocate and supporter of positive change when needed;
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing;
- You must be reliable, conscientious and be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Should be keen to improve own ability;
- Excellent time management skills being able to manage numerous roles at once;
- You must be able to show continuous drive & determination;
- Good verbal and written English.
