Our company is looking for a Resourcer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client;
- Screening candidates for specific roles;
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
- Ad-hoc admin duties;
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond;
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment;
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies;
- Prepare candidates for Interviews;
- Network and advertise to potential candidates;
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc;
- Filtering applications and communicating with candidates and their parents;
- Advising candidates about different apprenticeships;
- Downloading application information to the data management spreadsheet on a daily basis;
- Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions;
- Interviewing candidates face to face, via telephone and Skype.
Requirements:
- Well organised;
- Networking ability;
- Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease;
- good IT skills including MS Office & CRM’s;
- Confident with good attention to detail;
- Happy to approach and engage at the most senior levels of an organisation;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Previous experience workin g as a resourcer preferably in the nursing healthcare market;
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal and listening;
- Degree educated or equivalent;
- have the ability to prioritise;
- Social media savvy – LinkedIn etc;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Inquisitive with exceptional questioning skills;
- Excellent attention to detail.
