Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist unit trust, fixed income, FX and Repo knowledge and transactional support;
- Managing a team and covering for Senior Manager;
- Resolving client queries and escalating any matters;
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external departments;
- Ensure settlement instructions are issued timely and within key business control processes.
Requirements:
- Strong trade product knowledge;
- Operational risk background within Financial Services;
- Team Leader, self-sufficient able to prioritise and manage a heavy workload;
- Interest claim negotiation and resolving skills;
- IOC/IMC Qualified.
