Our company is looking for a Defect Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Microfocus ALM & Jira & experience of producing clear reporting dashboards via the Test Management Tools;
- Proficient with Defect Management and Reporting practices;
- Own the overall defect management process and reporting.
Requirements:
- Keeps a close relationship with the Environment and IT leads to ensure environment is fully provisioned for testing;
- Ability to produce high quality defect MI and documentation for partners;
- Leads and adheres to the blocking issue procedures for recorded defects;
- Good experience in using ALM, Jira & Confluence;
- Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects and tasks concurrently;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present complex ideas in simple terms customised to the target audience;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Experience in conducting full root cause analysis on high severity defects and drive forward mitigating actions to prevent reoccurrence.
