Our company is looking for a IT Service Desk Analysts Apprentice to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in other areas of IT/other duties when needed;
  • Follow all IT policies in relation to incident resolution and/or escalation;
  • Keep up to date on all changes, updates and additions to the supported technologies via approved communication channels (GlobalNet, Yammer, email);
  • Use the incident management system in accordance with standard procedures to accurately record, manage and monitor all incidents;
  • Follow all IT policies in relation to security, data management and protection;
  • Foster and develop a proactive and positive relationship with all IT support teams in support of incident management and resolution for our customer;
  • Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking.

  • Strong Customer Service skills;
  • High proficiency in English; both spoken and written.
