IT Service Desk Analysts Apprentice Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Service Desk Analysts Apprentice to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in other areas of IT/other duties when needed;
- Follow all IT policies in relation to incident resolution and/or escalation;
- Keep up to date on all changes, updates and additions to the supported technologies via approved communication channels (GlobalNet, Yammer, email);
- Use the incident management system in accordance with standard procedures to accurately record, manage and monitor all incidents;
- Follow all IT policies in relation to security, data management and protection;
- Foster and develop a proactive and positive relationship with all IT support teams in support of incident management and resolution for our customer;
- Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking.
Requirements:
