Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Device Management;
  • administration of an IP based telephone system;
  • Office 365 Administration;
  • Active Directory and AD Azure administration;
  • Windows updates management;
  • Skype for Business;
  • AV administration.

Requirements:

  • Windows 7/10;
  • An IT related qualification and experience within Service Desk remote support of corporate clients is essential;
  • Office 2013/16;
  • Good understanding of Incident/Request management and ticket handling;
  • Previous use of a Ticket Management system;
  • Understanding of ITIL is desirable;
  • Experience of using/contributing to a Knowledge base.
