- Mobile Device Management;
- administration of an IP based telephone system;
- Office 365 Administration;
- Active Directory and AD Azure administration;
- Windows updates management;
- Skype for Business;
- AV administration.
Requirements:
- Windows 7/10;
- An IT related qualification and experience within Service Desk remote support of corporate clients is essential;
- Office 2013/16;
- Good understanding of Incident/Request management and ticket handling;
- Previous use of a Ticket Management system;
- Understanding of ITIL is desirable;
- Experience of using/contributing to a Knowledge base.
