Our company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Look for ways to improve in-process analysis and assist in coaching and developing other members of the team;
  • Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment including performing calibration duties as required;
  • Ensuring business processes and operating procedures are implemented according to regulatory standards;
  • Report analytical results accurately and in a timely manner as dictated by QC, production and customer requirements;
  • Ensure all work complies with company and industry policies and standards;
  • Carry out analysis, of raw material and samples at all stages of process, both routine and non-routine, to standard operating procedures;
  • Providing feedback to colleagues advising on adherence to advice standards and customer outcomes;
  • Work with Development on the analytical aspect of NPD;
  • To work with the scheduler to ensure schedule adherence and feedback loop of work status;
  • To work with minimum support from the supervising manager, demonstrating good organisational skills;
  • Assist with compiling cGMP Quality documents including Standard Operating Procedures, laboratory equipment procedures and investigational protocols;
  • Supervise and train allocated laboratory personnel to a competent standard when required;
  • Lead Analyst to oversee Reference Standard programme ensuring that adequate analytical time is in schedule for responsible analyst to complete work;
  • Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and operating procedures for at least one piece of laboratory equipment;
  • Prepare material specifications for approval.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing feedback to colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of good customer outcomes;
  • Regulatory knowledge and experience of mortgage advice processes;
  • Previous analytical / method validation experience;
  • Understanding of the principles of risk management;
  • Demonstrable aptitude in customer facing role;
  • Demonstrable aptitude in core skills relevant to the role;
  • Qualified to provide advice on Lifetime Mortgages;
  • An understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes;
  • Proven ability to work to key regulatory and compliance requirements;
  • Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment including performing calibration duties as required;
