Our company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Discovery – Build relationships with customers to identify business goals and limitations with their current CX approach/solutions;
  • Expose Nielsen’s unique offering, overall value and competitive differentiation;
  • Work with product management and engineering to provide real-time market feedback;
  • Supporting customers at all levels, from warehouse operatives to management level;
  • Being a main point of contact in a customer/project relationship;
  • Lead onsite aspects of implementations;
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on product functionality and future enhancements;
  • Key contributor to and enabler of consultative/solution sales methodology;
  • Installing our software solutions on test servers and live servers and out on our customer’s sites;
  • Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences;
  • Build and maintain prospect, client and partner relationships;
  • Working collaboratively with other software providers during the design and implementation of our solutions;
  • Take the technical lead in responding to proposals and RFPs;
  • Lead implementation projects including technical project meetings;
  • Creating high quality technical and end-user product documentation (e.g. updating customer user guides with software updates).

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in consulting and demonstrated ability to balance between a service-driven and sales mindset;
  • Demonstrated experience drafting/responding to RFPs;
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking and show understanding of requirements to execute;
  • Significant experience in a client/customer-facing role with an emphasis on technology;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study (e.g. engineering, information technology, information systems);
  • Location: 80 Cheapside, 5th Floor, EC2V 6EE, London, United Kingdom;
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge for different audiences;
  • Ability to travel ~40% of the time;
  • Team player attitude who can support sales staff and customer questions;
  • 3-5 years experience using various computer, mobile and cloud software solutions (i.e. AXIOM, IEF, FTK, Encase, XRY, UFED, Oxygen etc.);
  • 3-5 years experience working with or managing deployments of forensic tools within a network environment;
  • College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent attitude and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technology and the associated vendor ecosystem, as well as knowledge of traditional and digital advertising;
  • Driven to succeed with the ability to work well independently.
