Requirements:
- has experience of working within a Primary setting from EYFS to KS2;
- Confident working on a 1:1 or group basis;
- Enthusiastic, resilient and committed;
- Experience working with SEN pupils;
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff;
- Classroom and behaviour management;
- Have fantastic communication skills, and not be afraid to voice new ideas;
- Be resilient and have a determined approach;
- Be registered with the EWC;
- Experience of working with phonics would be advantageous;
- Is able to work independently and use their own initiatives;
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Teachers;
- Be experienced using PECS;
- Previous experience with Upper KS2 and KS1 teaching assistant roles;
- Recent experience working alongside children with special educational needs.
