Our company is looking for a Mental Health Nurse – RMN to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading multidisciplinary team meetings;
  • Clinical and operational leadership;
  • Monitoring of the case load;
  • The assessment of needs, planning and delivery of care for young people from assessment to discharge from services;
  • Follow ups of young people who present at A&E in a Mental Health crisis;
  • Supporting the development of a safe, therapeutic inpatient environment;
  • Providing supervision for non-qualified staff;
  • Implementing and evaluating care plans collaboratively with service users, carers and other professionals, providing individualised care;
  • Advocating for young people using the services;
  • Case discussions;
  • Observations;
  • Working closely with young people to empower and support their recovery journey;
  • Assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years working as an RMN within the UK;
  • Qualifications: A BSC (Hons) degree in mental health nursing;
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w;
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently;
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS, HCPC and NMC registration.
