Our company is looking for a Litigation PA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To transcribe dictation and undertake administrative tasks as directed by fee earners and partners;
  • To proactively manage files, ensuring up to date and regular recording of contact information and disbursements;
  • To deal with new enquiries and maintain an efficient system of diary management for the relevant fee earners and Partners;
  • To make full use of the firm’s case management system;
  • To close and archive files at the conclusion of a matter.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Lively, enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to their work;
  • High degree of computer literacy—able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to advanced level;
  • Excellent typing skills, accuracy is essential;
  • Able to use own initiative;
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation and build positive working relationships;
  • Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs;
  • Professional and discreet;
  • Ability to develop high level of knowledge of the firm’s case management system.
