Our company is looking for a Analytics Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts across multiple products delivering analytical insight and capability;
  • Translate the output of complex analytics solutions to stakeholders into transparent business insight;
  • Embed a strong and consistent control framework within the retail banking pricing process;
  • Deliver all consumer campaigns are delivered accurately and on time;
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of health and safety;
  • Mentor direct reports to develop and maximise individual and team performance;
  • Exhibit strong team working and communication skills to work collaboratively within and outside your department;
  • Make campaign and selection recommendations based on previous performance;
  • Ensure that the customer is properly represented, correctly targeted and relevantly contacted across all offline and online touchpoints;
  • Develop a new suite of triggered and automated campaigns based on transactional data;
  • Providing insights on trading analytics;
  • Continuously review the effectiveness of existing processes, challenge the norm and provide input into process improvements;
  • Manage a team of 7 analysts;
  • Oversee analytical method development, method validation and technical transfer activities;
  • Apply principles of cGMP, to ensure data is generated and recorded accurately, consistently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Writing client deliverables such as reports and presentations;
  • Team leadership skills and project management experience;
  • 5+ years’ experience in a strategy consultancy, or in an in-house strategy;
  • Continuously review the effectiveness of existing processes, challenge the norm and provide input into process improvements;
  • Experience in CRM, Online Marketing and/or loyalty strategy would be advantageous;
  • Oversee analytical method development, method validation and technical transfer activities;
  • Apply principles of cGMP, to ensure data is generated and recorded accurately, consistently and to a high standard;
  • Keep abreast of relevant ICH guidelines and trends in the pharmaceutical industry and support regulatory submissions;
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of health and safety;
  • Mentor direct reports to develop and maximise individual and team performance;
  • Management of analytics teams;
  • Digital analytics (GA/Web tools advantageous);
  • Customer/revenue analytics experience;
  • An understanding of wider tools such as R or Python;
  • Exhibit strong team working and communication skills to work collaboratively within and outside your department.
