Our company is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in Bids, Marketing, and Business Development;
  • PQQs;
  • Updating in-house Tender Trackers;
  • Preparation of presentations;
  • Manage and improve bid library;
  • Tender submissions;
  • RFIs;
  • Support with analysis of brief documents and undertake research on potential projects or clients;
  • Supporting the bid team in writing and editing CVs and past project case studies, liaising closely with individuals;
  • Preparing and maintaining bid deliverables matrix, monitoring bid timeline;
  • Preparing and printing accurate and high-quality bid documents using Adobe InDesign, in a deadline driven environment;
  • Collating bid material from sub-consultants.

Requirements:

  • Experience of preparing bid documents and understanding of bid processes e.g. OJEU responses, RFPs, RFQs and competitions;
  • Monitoring opportunities and distributing across the business;
  • Good technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner;
  • Multitasking;
  • Data Analysis;
  • Interest in architecture, arts and design;
  • Fluent in foreign languages;
  • Distributing bids & tenders responses across the business with many stakeholders;
  • Maintaining comprehensive records;
  • Dealing with amendments, clarifications and communicating information;
  • Submission of final bid response within deadlines;
  • IT Literacy, MS Office and various online portals;
  • Experience of working in a bid position in a design or professional services company;
  • Questionnaires, Standardised offerings, Agreements, Surveyor 360, Readiness Assessments & re branding Vendor agreements.
