Client Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The management of the credit limit process and supporting clients on reporting of overdue buyers and liaising with insurers;
- Managing policy renewals within your own portfolio and supporting Client Directors on the renewal process for strategic accounts;
- To assist the directors generally in ensuring that required service levels for all clients are met;
- Complete all administration in a timely manner (including timesheets and fees) and to a high standard;
- Assist in any reasonable manner to achieve the requirements of Campbell Dallas and the business goals;
- Demonstrate the Campbell Dallas values at all times;
- Provide an exceptional service to clients in a timely manner;
- Helping the client manage their budget to drive great value for them and for Inviqa;
- Actively presenting new ideas, technology and business updates to the client;
- Management of a diverse client portfolio;
- Completion and review of both personal and corporation tax returns;
- Workflow management;
- You will be responsible for assisting with claims submissions and claims broking processes;
- Identifying future business opportunities for existing clients;
- To manage your own pool of clients within the wider Client Portfolio.
Requirements:
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office and IT systems;
- Good negotiating, listening and communication skills;
- Commercial understanding of business and the insurance market;
- Experience of credit insurance, credit management or related sector a requirement;
- Ambitious, driven to succeed, and wants to grow with the company;
- Highly organised, focused and disciplined with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment;

- Commercial understanding of business i.e. market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors and risks, etc;
- Experience managing large, corporate insurance risks is desirable;
- Self-disciplined, organised, and results focused;
- Experience dealing with clients of all levels;
- An effective communicator and presenter;
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with experience in client relationship management and the core lines of commercial risks is essential;
- Experience dealing with all client queries, tax, VAT and accounts;
- The confidence & ability to be the first point of contact for high profile clients.
