Client Success Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to deliver valuable insights to help shape the development of future products and services;
- Maximising contract renewals through sustained and valuable liaison with key decision-makers within each of your accounts;
- Spotting opportunities for upselling of new propositions;
- Owning a portfolio of mid-market sector clients, working closely with their HR teams to support and advise on the use of the SaaS platform;
- Helping clients to maximise ROI through effective employee engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience using Jira or in project management a plus;
- 2+ years using Excel and/or Google Suite;
- Comfortable operating in a cross-functional project or environment;
- Experience coordinating training programs a plus;
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, client management, or similar role working with external stakeholders;
- Data driven and very strong analytical skills;
- Client focussed;
- Experience in account management a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Stakeholder management;
- Overnight travel expected up to 30% of time.
