Our company is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product and Support teams to deliver valuable insights to help shape the development of future products and services;
  • Maximising contract renewals through sustained and valuable liaison with key decision-makers within each of your accounts;
  • Spotting opportunities for upselling of new propositions;
  • Owning a portfolio of mid-market sector clients, working closely with their HR teams to support and advise on the use of the SaaS platform;
  • Helping clients to maximise ROI through effective employee engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Jira or in project management a plus;
  • 2+ years using Excel and/or Google Suite;
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional project or environment;
  • Experience coordinating training programs a plus;
  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, client management, or similar role working with external stakeholders;
  • Data driven and very strong analytical skills;
  • Client focussed;
  • Experience in account management a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Overnight travel expected up to 30% of time.
