Our company is looking for a Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all vehicles scheduled for repair/service are easily accessible for the Aftersales team;
  • Handling luggage and other guest properties with care and efficiency;
  • Have an awareness of Health and Safety at all times;
  • The standards of set up within the Lobby including the Fire Place, Candles and general tidiness and cleanliness of the lobby area;
  • Being fully aware of the hotel facilities and services available to guests and visitors;
  • Processing visitors onsite, ensuring compliance with procedures;
  • Front line Security duties including all visitor and contractor controls with operation of the front of house reception and guest services;
  • Providing a first class customer service to residents and stakeholders;
  • Always being well groomed, polite and pleasant to guests and colleagues alike;
  • Bringing all guest compliments and complaints to the attention of the Head Concierge or Front Office Manager;
  • Completing records on shifts for handover;
  • Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues where you can;
  • Providing information to the WTC to ensure the effective flow of work through the department;
  • Identifying any potential hazards and notifying the Health & Safety Officer;
  • Being fully aware of the hotels, restaurants and services provided by the Exclusive Group.

Requirements:

  • Presentable with a positive attitude;
  • Concierge experience within residential or hotel setting (please do not apply without this experience);
  • Can build rapport with team members, colleagues and visitors, delivering eloquent communication at all times;
  • Processing visitors onsite, ensuring compliance with procedures;
  • Providing a first class customer service to residents and stakeholders;
  • Adopts an adaptable and resilient nature, willing to undertake a variety of tasks;
  • Completing records on shifts for handover;
  • Demonstrates pride and accountability in their work, with an authentic attitude and approach;
  • Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues where you can;
  • Takes personal responsibility in maintaining exemplary standards;
  • Have an awareness of Health and Safety at all times;
  • Pays attention to the smallest details that will enhance this prestigious office;
  • Maintains a commitment to robust and methodical processes and compliance behind the scenes;
  • Previous Concierge experience gained in an office, hotel or residential development;
  • A true passion for delivering five-star customer service.
