Our company is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project schedules;
  • Work with clients to ensure successful product delivery;
  • Resource planning;
  • Running client meetings/status/workshops ensuring objectives are being met – including assessing project risks, change control and escalating issues;
  • Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects;
  • Manage the internal briefing process, cast the correct teams, set clear roles, responsibilities, deadlines and initiate team meetings and brainstorms;
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s);
  • Create Project documentation including Sow’s, timing plans, budgets, risk and issue logs, Change Requests, JIRA boards, etc;
  • Draft, agree and execute internal & external project launch communications plans;
  • Produce and manage all project budgetary estimates;
  • Be “on the ball” – like flagging missed messages from clients on Basecamp to relevant staff, ensuring files are saved correctly;
  • Coordinate production traffic;
  • Delivering web development projects using agile methodologies;
  • Project managing the implementation of new customers onto the platform;
  • Coordinate projects and testing to completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience of writing technical specifications and functional writing;
  • Ability to deliver projects on time to a high quality standard;
  • Good eye for UX and design;
  • Keen eye for detail;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Experience using JIRA and other Atlassian platforms preferred (but training will be given);
  • Outstanding team player with proven ability to lead and facilitate where necessary;
  • Understanding of web and mobile technology and software development processes;
  • Familiarity of e-commerce platforms used within the fashion sector;
  • Strong ‘can do’ attitude with an innate ability to take initative and work by yourself as well as a team;
  • Has an interest or previous experience working with high-end/luxury/premium brands;
  • Transactional Digital (eCommerce) experience is essential, experience in high-volume digital projects is a plus;
  • Ideally experience rolling out digital native mobile apps and/or video on demand services;
  • Technical competence and understanding of the website design and roll out process.
