Responsibilities:
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead, coach, mentor and influence others;
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design;
- Experience leading application development in Financial Services Sector, preferably within the Pensions market;
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment;
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, with a preference for Agile.
