Our company is looking for a Head to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with F-LEX’s internal recruitment hires in Bristol;
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in the written word;
  • Be able to work autonomously, with a self-driven work ethic;
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of recruitment issues and trends in the legal industry;
  • Evaluating client demand in partnership with our Client Services team and managing our hiring strategy to ensure a pipeline of candidates;
  • Responsibility for the contract delivery ensuring full compliance and meeting of obligations within an assigned region;
  • Ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures;
  • Review the businesses approach to benchmarking and pay awards;
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs;
  • Work alongside both the HR Director and HR Business Partner to develop and deliver reward and benefits plan;
  • Responsible for the management/rotas/recruitment/training/HR of kitchen brigade;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure quality of product;
  • Stock ordering and rotation;
  • Consistently plating quality food;
  • Collaborating designing event and restaurant menus.

Requirements:

  • Someone who has worked as a lawyer previously or has extensive knowledge of the legal market;
  • 3 A-levels A-C including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects or equivalent (NVQ/SVQ Level 3, or a BTEC National);
  • 5 GCSEs 9-4 (A-C) including Maths and English or Level 2 equivalents;
  • Portfolio to demonstrate experience of software development to date – e.g. course work, personal projects;
  • Experience and knowledge or HRIS software;
  • Ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
  • Responsibility for the contract delivery ensuring full compliance and meeting of obligations within an assigned region;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Overall responsibility to ensure all records and IT data on systems is accurate and meets contractual requirements;
  • Lead, manage, motivate and support staff to deliver contractual service;
  • Delivery of evidenced successful outcomes for Key Performance Indicators along with internal & commercial targets;
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams within Mears Housing Management;
  • IT Literate;
  • Delivery of service to ensure safeguarding and welfare are fully considered and embedded in processes.
