Our company is looking for a Head of Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record in strategy development, delivery and change management;
  • While not essential, experience in the area of Regulatory Compliance would advantageous;
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills;
  • Refining operating processes to support increased scale and driving improvements in key operating metrics;
  • Managing the P&L in coordination with the local Operating Managers including cost controls;
  • Representing the company within the motorcycle sector (NMDA) as above;
  • Driving and increasing production efficiencies and capacity utilisation;
  • Manage and analyse all financial data, to control costs effectively, in order to maximise profitability;
  • Follows and adhere to purchasing policy, working closing with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment to vendors;
  • People Management;
  • Provide reports and analysis of financial position and forecasts, develop and implement strategic plans within the context of the larger picture;
  • Drive improvements and make recommendations to enable the ongoing improvement of processes;
  • Direct responsibility for facility management & health and safety policies;
  • Networking with current and potential partners and sponsors at events, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Establishing/implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
