Our company is looking for a Insight Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively expresses content in writing and orally;
  • Acts as a liaison with internal IRI teams;
  • Uses strong analytical skills to consult all client stakeholders – sales, category management and brand and trade marketing groups;
  • To offer insight using various platforms to drive business from marketing campaigns;
  • proactively coaching, pairing with and mentoring team members;
  • presenting analysis and recommendations to both senior and tactical stakeholders, and driving action to achieve results;
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Work with Data Product Owner and Data Insight Analysts to produce reporting and insight from advanced analytics;
  • A passion for creating compelling stories from data sets to drive growth and performance;
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and internal IRI departments;
  • Coordinates and executes high quality on-going analytic and ad-hoc requests;
  • Help various teams (brand, trading, insight, data) to understand and use data and insights more effectively;
  • Advising on best techniques and methodologies regarding new research needs within the business;
  • Demonstrates ability to cut through data and issue clutter, and identifies what is most important;
  • Consult with the client on all relevant company services.

Requirements:

  • Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables;
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Experience using analytical tools – Google Analytics, Looker, Qlikview, PowerBI, Tableau;
  • Gained substantial experience working in insights within the Retail sector;
  • Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks both internally and externally;
  • Presentation skills, to deliver analysis to the client in an impactful way;
  • Significant experience within analytics, insight and reporting, preferable within the broadcasting industry;
  • Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail;
  • Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients at all levels when helping solve/manage content/deliverables;
  • Escalates issues to the right people appropriately, (understand your audience and how to influence them);
  • Demonstrated capability in applied statistics (ie. handing data to answer insight questions);
  • Active listening to client issues and strong at identifying opportunities. Curious to learn more;
  • Passionate about understanding customers and their behaviour via data;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • strong experience of working in customer insight within retail.
