Our company is looking for a Interim Group Reporting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead on any technical IFRS projects;
  • Responsible for annual financial reporting under IFRS;
  • Monthly reporting for senior management;
  • Ensure books are prepared accurately;
  • Ensure compliance and consistency with statements and reporting;
  • Support the group audit process with any specific queries;
  • Main contact for audit;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare subsidiaries financial statements;
  • Group consolidation of multiple multi-currency entities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels both internally and externally;
  • Experience in VAT and corporation tax and in establishing processes;
  • Exceptional planning, organisation and prioritisation skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good Excel skills with experience in using accounting and consolidation systems;
  • Experience in consolidation and preparation of statutory accounts;
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge including experience of IFRS and US GAAP;
  • Full accounting qualification gained in a practice/audit environment and post qualified experience in industry;
  • Experience of financial reporting in a public company preferred;
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, multinational, multi-currency environment;
  • High level of attention to detail including accuracy and thoroughness to avoid errors in financial information.
