Lead Product Manager Job Description Template

- Convey the overall vision and product strategy to the technical teams. Define a release plan to execute and deliver it.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering mobile apps of a significant scale and complexity, shipping on a regular basis;
- Strong knowledge of appropriate product performance metrics, and background in data-driven decision making;
- Demonstrable interest in social discovery/dating industry;
- Experience with enterprise products;

- 2+ years’ experience leading full-stack product design in a technical field;

- 4+ years’ Work experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer or Business Analyst;

- Happy multi-tasking;
- Experience in Customer Research;
- Good understanding of technology in software development;
- Experience in a client facing role;
- Experience in UX/UI design and proven knowledge of design tools (like Illustrator and Sketch), or worked with UX designers in previous projects.
