Our company is looking for a Marketing & Design Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a new product introduction team;
  • Discover what areas of digital marketing work best with our customers and create a plan & run its implementation;
  • Create brochures, adverts and other marketing materials;
  • Assist with the development and organisation of client events and seminars by organising collateral, invitations and presentation materials;
  • Keeping track of all company brochure stocks and ordering as required;
  • Prepare digital artwork for social media and maintain the firm’s website and e-marketing platform;
  • Liaising with suppliers and external agencies;
  • Create and/or order marketing materials for projects as required;
  • Coordinate the design strategy and maintain brand standards across firm’s digital and physical touchpoints;
  • Develop impactful credential and presentation templates for use across the business;
  • Liaise with lawyers and business support departments on a range of communications and marketing initiatives;
  • Follow up the processes of the marketing activities and create the leads and opportunities for the company to turn into sales;
  • Working to help with the production of the companies price list, product brochures and sales presentors;
  • Following up with customers ensuring they have got and are using brochures and marketing material;
  • Original design concept and creative direction for new campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong writing skills; ability to edit and proof-read with a strong attention to detail;
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have delivered successful projects and provide examples of their work;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and with other stakeholders;
  • Working knowledge of animation, video editing and HTML coding desirable;
  • Experience of managing print and digital artwork production workflows;
  • Confidence and professionalism to build credibility with key stakeholders within the firm;
  • Be organised, calm and methodical;
  • Creative, excellent relationship, clear, concise and engaging telephone manner;
  • Attention to the detail and processes of marketing and working in the team engaging and fostering ‘consider it done’ attitudes;
  • Attention to detail and process management and implementation;
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms and which ones work best for any particular campaign / project;
  • Must be proficient in the use of Adobe graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
