Our company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the business to qualify inbound leads over the telephone;
- Research and report on market trends and themes;
- Producing marketing and promotional material;
- Develop strong relationships for decision makers through regular contact;
- Generating and developing new leads and converting these into sales;
- Support sales campaigns by reaching out to prospects;
- Maintain the CRM database (Hubspot), including keeping data up-to-date and accurate;
- Providing administrative and marketing support;
- Attend marketing events and tradeshows and identify possible prospects;
- Managing clients you have generated to maximise revenue from these accounts;
- Targeting clients through email marketing;
- Take ownership of the companies Social Media Marketing;
- Networking with relevant contacts to grow the current accounts and scope out the new business opportunities;
- Creating the agencies sales and marketing assets with the support of the wider creative team;
- Working with closely with our team of advisers.
Requirements:
- Previous sales marketing experience would be advantageous;
- A target-oriented attitude to work;
- Good PC and Internet knowledge;
- Good initiative;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Clear and professional telephone manner and the ability to confidently speak to clients;
- Ideally degree educated with a good academic background;
- A proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs;
- Previous experience with email marketing and social media;
- Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of the latest platforms/technologies;
- A scientific background would be advantageous#
- A genuine interest in literature/books is essential;
- A clear, confident and professional telephone manner;
- Determination to be successful;
