Maximise every opportunity – convert leads into sales;
Reading customer drawings and specifications;
Keeping up to date with industry changes;
Email follow ups/campaigns;
Attending events and representing the business;
To meet monthly KPIs with regards to calling prospective clients and successfully sell company services and products to a range of clients;
Create opportunities/appointments for Field Agents and sell via verbal and electronic contracts over the phone;
Use your telephone and email skills to get face-to-face with appropriate decision makers;
Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Project Manager;
Implemeting and conducting rigorous approach to Health and Safety checks to all properties prior to first booking;
Professional and competent client services skills;
Achieve personal sales targets;
Prepare proposals and sales contracts;
Giving advice related to the requirements;
Build and maintain rapport with the customers to increase repeat business.

Proficient in IT with a good understanding on Microsoft Office;
The ability to work both independently and as a team player;
Proficient in all Microsoft applications;
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales process;
A positive and target-driven attitude;
Strong interest in working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment / with targets.
