Studio Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and distributing post;
- Maintaining a safe and clean reception area and meeting room;
- Assisting with the monitoring and ordering of office supplies together with general admin support;
- Monitoring accounts mailbox;
- Meeting and greeting visitors;
- Answering and screening telephone calls;
- General admin support such as letters and meeting minutes;
- Booking and managing meeting room (including catering);
- Binding documents for presentations;
- Booking couriers;
- Enforcing studio processes and sign-off procedures;
- Take care of work flow planning, process and diary management;
- Tracking projects – overseeing finances, schedules and timelines;
- General office admin and management;
- Establishing clear lines of communication and ensuring all members of the team are informed of project status and delivery expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Adobe InDesign or and Photoshop knowledge would be an advantage;
- Able to engage and work with a wide range of people including those holding senior positions in this and other organisations;
- Proactive approach with a strong work ethic;
- Excellent customer facing skills.
