Our company is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and distributing post;
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area and meeting room;
  • Assisting with the monitoring and ordering of office supplies together with general admin support;
  • Monitoring accounts mailbox;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors;
  • Answering and screening telephone calls;
  • General admin support such as letters and meeting minutes;
  • Booking and managing meeting room (including catering);
  • Binding documents for presentations;
  • Booking couriers;
  • Enforcing studio processes and sign-off procedures;
  • Take care of work flow planning, process and diary management;
  • Tracking projects – overseeing finances, schedules and timelines;
  • General office admin and management;
  • Establishing clear lines of communication and ensuring all members of the team are informed of project status and delivery expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Adobe InDesign or and Photoshop knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Able to engage and work with a wide range of people including those holding senior positions in this and other organisations;
  • Proactive approach with a strong work ethic;
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
