Our company is looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the business in delivering its operational and financial targets;
  • Establish relationships across the Group to ensure that the individual needs of all local markets are fully understood and managed into the function;
  • Work closely with the Group Strategy team on long term planning and business case development;
  • Preparation of the monthly board pack;
  • Implement process and procedure & systems changes for the group;
  • Ensuring appropriate deployment and integrity of ERP system;
  • M&A commercial impact assessment;
  • Maintain an accurate overview of Risks and Opportunities;
  • Providing commercial decision support for the main board;
  • Engage with global stakeholders to understand operating and commercial drivers with the impact upon financial performance;
  • Travel may be required;
  • Direct and deliver the timely execution of monthly reporting deliverables (statements, KPIs, working capital, OPEX, variance analysis);
  • Creation, development and publication of insightful analysis that shapes their decision making;
  • Leading and developing a team of 3 highly skilled FP&A managers & nurturing the talents of a graduate;
  • Developing a good quality FP&A team and talent pipeline foe the group.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant;
  • Strong Commercial Finance / FP&A background;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business;
  • Ability to work in global matrix organisation;
  • Ability to interact at C-Suite level;
  • Aca / acca / cima;
  • Experience of leading the commercial finance and senior stakeholders;
  • Candidates must hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
  • General management mindset; desire to grow professionally as the business grows;
  • The ability to adapt to a pressured, fast paced and agile environment;
  • Outstanding ability to communicate data-driven insights through charts and visuals. Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience within an FCA regulated environment is highly advantageous;
  • Motivated to achieve strict deadlines and milestones;
  • Private Equity experience is preferred, not essential;
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
