Our company is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and edit compelling, high-quality social videos with focus on graphics, text and animation;
  • Build and maintain digital communities for all brand pages across key social media networks;
  • Monitor industry trends and stay on top of latest social media innovations;
  • Communicate with global social team members to produce and publish time-sensitive content in a prioritized manner;
  • Collaborate with editorial department to amplify the performance of editorial features on key social media platforms;
  • Research and understand the brand, voice and tone of rising, established, and yet-to-be-discovered brands;
  • Work with in-house photographers, videographers and graphic designers to create original content;
  • Work with Social Media Manager and the Data department to implement updates in social media strategy;
  • Identify and adapt to updates in audience behavior and social media algorithms to enhance performance;
  • Stay informed of upcoming trends and developments within the field of social media;
  • Compile regular statistics on your allocated accounts, to be documented internally;
  • Maintain a proactive approach to communications on your allocated accounts;
  • Working with the comms officers to implement a social media strategy and ensuring a consistent message is shared with supporters;
  • Supporting comms officers in checking our online forums and posting updates where appropriate;
  • Attend regular staff and departmental meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a social media role;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Knowledge of HYPEBEAST content at a local and international level;
  • Must be based in LONDON;
  • Experience using social media analytics tools, with a strong understanding of basic math;
  • Video editing experience is required;
  • Strong familiarity with photography, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro;
  • English, Native or bilingual proficiency;
  • English, Full professional proficiency.
