Our company is looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping preparation area clean and tidy as you go;
- Keeping the bar tidy and organised to ensure service is smooth;
- Ensure displays are kept fresh and tidy;
- Delivering food and drinks to tables;
- Building rapport with regular customers;
- Plan, develop and present new drinks menu ideas;
- Preparing garnishes, batched cocktails, juices, syrups and other in-house cocktail ingredients;
- Clear all tables when the customer leave;
- Taking food and drinks orders from guests; giving advice and recommendations based on needs and preferences;
- Rotate all products using FIFO to ensure freshness;
- Provide excellent service and always focus on the guests first – this is their highest priority;
- Passing regular specification and knowledge tests;
- Interact and ensure each guest is well looked after;
- Staying up to date with industry trends;
- Ensuring that all knowledge about the products is kept up to date,
