Responsibilities:
- Assisting in organising events;
- Screening and directing phone calls;
- International travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and transfers;
- Multiple diary management and coordination for the Director’s;
- Writing correspondence;
- General ad-hoc administrative duties;
- Organising travel and accommodation;
- Office Manager responsibilities including managing conference rooms;
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination for the Senior Team;
- Keeping track of Director’s activities;
- Meeting preparation: including formatting agendas, briefing notes and board papers;
- Administrative support including expenses;
- Coordinating and setting up local and international meetings and conference calls;
- Meeting and greeting clients and catering appropriately for meetings.
