Our company is looking for a Senior PA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in organising events;
  • Screening and directing phone calls;
  • International travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and transfers;
  • Multiple diary management and coordination for the Director’s;
  • Writing correspondence;
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • Organising travel and accommodation;
  • Office Manager responsibilities including managing conference rooms;
  • Extensive diary management and meeting coordination for the Senior Team;
  • Keeping track of Director’s activities;
  • Meeting preparation: including formatting agendas, briefing notes and board papers;
  • Administrative support including expenses;
  • Coordinating and setting up local and international meetings and conference calls;
  • Meeting and greeting clients and catering appropriately for meetings.
