Our company is looking for a Quotes Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships;
- Processing all incoming correspondence regarding customer quotes;
- Providing support to the supervisor in agreeing deals and terms for customer accounts;
- Following up with customers regarding the quote provided;
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all needs are met;
- Ensuring all quotes are accurate, correct and recorded as necessary;
- Maintaining and producing reports for the quotes team;
- Assisting the customer service team when required;
- Providing excellent customer service to all new and repeat customers;
- Collating all required information to process a quote.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Mathematical accuracy and general competence with numbers;
- Strong experience using Excel;
- Good analytical skills;
- Excellent IT knowledge;
- Experience within a similar role;
- Ability to maintain rapports with customers.
