Our company is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining standards according to company policy and ARLA;
  • Conducting viewings with prospective tenants;
  • Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor;
  • Assisting in the efficient progression of the agreed deal where required;
  • Reaching targets and company KPI’S;
  • Keeping in regular contact with all potential tenants, updating records accordingly;
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth;
  • Diary Management;
  • To provide an efficient service to landlords and tenants, including taking properties on and negotiating lets;
  • To assist in the generation of new business;
  • Carrying out viewings;
  • Canvassing/door-knocking;
  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone;
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations;
  • Booking viewings.

Requirements:

  • You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile;
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment;
  • You will be articulate;
  • You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car;
  • You will be well-presented and professional in appearance;
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • You will have good interpersonal and people skills.
