Our company is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining standards according to company policy and ARLA;
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants;
- Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor;
- Assisting in the efficient progression of the agreed deal where required;
- Reaching targets and company KPI’S;
- Keeping in regular contact with all potential tenants, updating records accordingly;
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth;
- Diary Management;
- To provide an efficient service to landlords and tenants, including taking properties on and negotiating lets;
- To assist in the generation of new business;
- Carrying out viewings;
- Canvassing/door-knocking;
- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone;
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations;
- Booking viewings.
Requirements:
- You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile;
- You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment;
- You will be articulate;
- You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car;
- You will be well-presented and professional in appearance;
- Sales experience preferred but not essential;
- Excellent communication skills;
- You will have good interpersonal and people skills.
