Forklift Truck Driver Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Forklift Truck Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Putting pallets away into locations;
- Operating a Forklift Truck;
- Use of in house bespoke systems;
- Must always abide by health and safety rules;
- 2 x day shift pattern;
- Operating a Reach and Counterbalance forklift;
- Picking up to 10 metres high (Reach);
- Using Computer;
- General warehouse duties as and when required;
- Adhering to Health and Safety at all times;
- General housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Driving licence up to 3.5t;
- All staff are inoculated;
- As this is a manual role you will be required a have a good level of fitness;
- No major endorsements eg. DD, DR, IN etc;
- You must pass a criminal background check;
- No more than 6 penalty points;
- Age 21 plus with 2yrs driving experience;
- Counter balance fork lift licence with experience.
