HGV Class 1 & 2 Drivers Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HGV Class 1 & 2 Drivers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure good self-presentation;
- To maintain excellent levels customer service;
- To operate within current driving and working time legislation;
- To deliver goods in a timely and professional manner;
- To help maintain a safe working environment in line with H&S Act 1974;
- To ensure accurate and timely communication with the Transport team.
Requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (Preferred);
- Physically capable of fulfilling duties;
- HGV Class 2 Driving Licence – Free training provided to achieve Class 1 Licence after qualifying period;
- Digital Tachograph Card & Valid CPC;
- Comprehensive understanding of driver regulations;
- Able and willing to deliver to customer farms, in varying working conditions and weather conditions either individually or assisted.
