Our company is looking for a Packer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining quality and productivity at a high standard;
- Have high hygiene standards (personal and professional);
- Wrapping and packing steel frames;
- General housekeeping;
- Ensure health and safety requirements are maintained at all times;
- General warehouse duties;
- Locating stock in the chilled warehouse;
- Packing food products off the line;
- Be aware that quality is more important than quantity;
- Be able to work under pressure as each day brings in new orders;
- Machine operating;
- Working as a team to ensure that all stock gets out on time;
- Be organised and accurate while working in a busy environment;
- Endeavour to keep waste levels to an absolute minimum;
- These are temporary vacancies but could become permanent for the right candidates (based on performance and attendance).
Requirements:
- Standing, some lifting and bending required;
- 18+ years old;
- High school diploma;
- Can lift 50+ lbs;
- Must pass background check.
