Represent 11x in the UK market—industry events, executive meetings, and strategic introductions
Create repeatable patterns that inform how 11x scales its European sales organisation

8+ years in customer-facing roles—sales, account management, business development, or related
5+ years carrying a direct quota in SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software
Proven track record closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations; comfort working with companies 1,000–10,000+ employees
Strong commercial acumen with a knack for building business cases, quantifying value, and driving urgency
Ability to partner deeply with technical and product teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
Entrepreneurial approach—resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by building in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives
UK-based; able to travel to customer sites and collaborate with the US team across time zones
