We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role is key to supporting financial decision-making across the organisation by providing accurate reporting, analysis, and insight.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, ensuring stakeholders have the financial information needed to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
Support the budgeting and forecasting process
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to budget holders
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
Assist with year-end audit processes and statutory reporting
Produce financial reports and KPIs for senior management
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Support business partnering across departments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience of managing a team
